Payment Questions
What do I need before I pay?
Your bond number if you have it, or the defendant's full name and the county. If you are unsure of the amount, call your agent first, paying the wrong figure creates more work than it saves.
Is it safe to pay online?
Yes. Payments run through Square, and card details are entered on Square's own secure checkout page, not on this website. We never see or store your card number.
Will I get a receipt?
Square emails a receipt to the address you enter at checkout. Keep it, it is your proof of payment. If you need anything further for the court, call your agent.
How much do I owe?
Every bond is different, so do not guess. Your agent will confirm the exact figure before you pay. Call 1-800-468-1161 if you are not sure.
Can somebody else pay on my behalf?
Yes. Anyone can make a payment as long as they have the bond number or the defendant's name. The receipt goes to whoever enters their email at checkout.
I paid but something looks wrong.
Call us on 1-800-468-1161 with the receipt in front of you and we will sort it out. Do not submit a second payment.
